Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leading the tax team in the corporate tax & customs department
  • Partner with international group functions (e.g. Legal, Controlling, Accounting, Regional FiCO Man-ager, HR, Supply Chain)
  • Providing tax input and advice during cross-functional projects, organizational or legal restructurings and M&A projects in cooperation with external tax advisors
  • Active monitoring of external tax developments (OECD, EU) and analyzing their relevance for tesa
  • Implementing necessary processes including issuing of relevant guidelines and checklist and providing relevant input for the Internal Control System (ICS)
  • Leading tax audits / procedure and preparing defense strategies
  • Analyzing and continuously reviewing of group´s tax position according to IFRS
  • Preparing strategies to improve tesa’s tax position and drive respective implementations globally

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Completed University degree in business administration, tax or similar
  • 7-10 years of relevant international tax & transfer pricing experience (preferably experience from Big 4 companies)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of initiative and creative drive
  • Process driven and IT savvy
  • Relevant leadership experience and experience with external tax audits
  • Thinking ahead, being proactive and challenging business partner
  • Project management, coordination and participation in international (project) teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent in promoting change
  • Fluent in German and English
