tesa Controlling acts as a trusted business partner for the relevant business areas. We perform financial planning to ensure proper consideration of business risks and opportunities, we provide the latest financials to enable better decision-making, and we continuously challenge ourselves to make our processes faster, simpler, and digital.

We are looking for you to complete our Team as a Marketing Controller.

  • You will be the Controlling Business Partner for the Managers of two global Marketing Departments

  • Contribute to Consumer strategy deployment by enabling financial steering of new product development and driving effective and efficient marketing activities and budgets

  • You add to successful product launches by providing financial guidance, accompanying and challenging business cases as well as enabling portfolio steering

  • Continuously monitor category and product portfolio development to contribute to category steering

  • You enable a holistic steering of the global consumer marketing budgets e.g., by ensuring transparency and proper accounting

  • Develop KPIs to monitor the efficiency of media campaigns

  • Coordinate marketing budget planning and forecasting, and ensure that all processes are aligned and efficient

  • Lead and contribute to diverse projects

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent experience
  •  > 5 years experience in marketing controlling of consumer goods industry
  • Track record in design and implementation of tools and KPIs to support steering of media campaigns
  • Experience in financial steering of product development processes
  • You feel comfortable in an international work environment
  • Self-driven, proactive, and assertive team player
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholder involvement
  • English: Fluent, contractual level
