Tasks:  

  • Management of complex international, cross-functional and cross-company projects with the aim of improving structures, processes, systems and sustainability aspects in the tesa supply chain with a focus on logistics 
  • Ensuring and monitoring the overall project planning, in compliance with project goals, schedule and budget 
  • Management or support of the regular global tenders for any logistics services using data collection, process documentation and the corresponding service provider workshops including the implementation of the selected partner. 
  • Negotiation and selection of service providers in cooperation with Global Procurement function. 
  • Steer internal and external customers, stakeholders, service providers or consultants within the framework of defined projects. 

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Master's degree, ideally with a focus on logistics, business or a comparable subject 
  • Profound professional experience (at least 5 years) in the supply chain environment with a focus on contract logistics 
  • High experience and passion for processes, digitization, and business excellence methods 
  • Advanced project management and presentation capabilities 
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset 
  • Confident demeanor with assertiveness and stakeholder management  
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken), German would be a plus
