Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Maintain proximity to business functions (Finance & Controlling or Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and understanding of needs
  • Provide analytics consulting and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Understand and challenge business uses cases to find the appropriate, performant Analytics solution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all related needs within the functional stream

  • Collaborate closely with the development and operations teams to ensure alignment of objectives and strategies.
  • Manage and oversee data analytics, BI, advanced analytics, and AI projects

  • Utilize advanced analytics and AI to drive business success and make data-driven decisions

  • Build and maintain Global Key User Community in the area of responsibility
  • Manage demand, working closely with Global Key Users (GKU) and Global Process Owners (GPO)
  • Oversee the analytics portfolio and prioritize demands based on business needs
  • Communicate effectively with both senior and junior stakeholders
  • Implement and oversee BI governance and rules, including project management

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry
  • Strong skills in data analytics, BI, advanced analytics, AI, demand management, analytics consulting, and architecture
  • Strong business understanding and experience in the area of responsibility
  • Experience working with Global Process Owners (GPO) and Global Key Users (GKU) and managing an analytics portfolio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both development and operations teams
  • Experience in the cooperation of virtual, often international (project) teams as well as stakeholder management
  • German skills are a plus
