Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in technology consulting within Global Trade Services (GTS) as a Lead Consultant.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tax department and Logistics to comprehend business needs and devise innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering advice to stakeholders on best practices, technology trends, and IT infrastructure optimization.
  • Process and test solutions, ensuring appropriate documentation.
  • Participate in escalation discussions and develop de-escalation plans, selecting optimal solutions based on project situations and varying business needs.
  • Propose risk mitigation plans and strengthen customer relationships for a smooth product delivery experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the business team to translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Conduct integration testing and provide training to different business teams on newly implemented processes.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Minimum 5 years of GTS experience.

  • Preferably SAP-certified in GTS and S/4 Hana.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of GTS business processes and their alignment with organizational goals.

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP GTS implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration with SAP modules or external systems.
  • Familiarity with Export module, preferences, and export control compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of Classic SPL Screening, HANA SPL Screening, Product Classification using Number Sets, Export Legal Control, Customs Imports Processing, and Free Trade Zone Processing.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA data structures and analytics.
