As an eCommerce Operations Professional you are responsible to ensure a superior customer experience in our eCommerce channels across Europe. You engage in operations processes from planning to flawless delivery. We are committed to an agile way-of-working in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Your tasks in detail:

  • you manage the daily operations of our eCommerce business – from customer order to delivery incl. returns
  • you are responsible for the sales & demand planning, operational procurement, monitoring and assuring goods availability for web shops and marketplaces
  • you monitor, maintain and distribute relevant master data
  • you steer and manage external fulfillment providers in daily operations
  • you are responsible for monitoring the above mentioned processes, the related IT systems and interfaces incl. 1st level problem solving
  • you identify optimization potentials, drive their initiation und support their implementation
  • you support in the development of processes and systems as well as in roll-out projects

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • you hold a university degree in business administration or similar, ideally with reference to eCommerce; alternatively, you hold a professional qualification as merchant in wholesale and foreign trade or freight forwarder
  • you have profound experience in supply chain and order fulfillment as well as in managing fulfillment providers - ideally in the field of ecommerce and D2C
  • you have good knowledge of sales & demand planning and wide experience with related tool landscape
  • you possess strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • you have a confident and self-confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • you are excited about working in cross functional, international teams
  • you enjoy to work in an agile and innovative environment which demands quick reaction
  • you possess a high self-motivation, are engaged and act target oriented
  • you bring along a strong analytical thinking, especially in regard to processes, IT systems and costs
  • you have full proficiency in English (spoken and written),German is a plus
  • you bring along knowledge in working with ERP and OMS systems (ideally Actindo DOP and SAP Business One)
  • you have profound knowledge of MS O365 standard applications, especially excel and powerpoint
