Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Assume accountability for all sales controlling activities for the Management Unit (MU) Consumer. This includes all managerial based financial analysis, planning, and reporting as well as ensuring that processes and procedures are aligned and efficient. 
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales controlling team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Own the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in the MU Consumer
  • Working closely with the Global Leadership team to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage profitability of the MU Consumer via SOI and related budgets as well as working capital drivers
  • Ensure fact-based decision-making based on financial insights by providing relevant reporting and KPI monitoring, forecasting, simulations, and business cases
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management processes
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines and legislation

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Master’s degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
  • Proven experience (>8 years) in a senior financial management role in a multinational matrix organization, with a focus on consumer business controlling
  • Extensive experience in a consumer and/or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Track-record in conception and implementation of controlling tools
  • Proficiency in ERP systems & very good know-how of MS Office
  • Self-driven, pro-active, and assertive team player
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholder involvement and the ability to communicate in a manner appropriate to the respective target audience
  • Fluent in English written and spoken on a contractual level
