Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Provide proactive and strategic business partnering to the Management Unit Consumer in all (strategic) areas of Finance and Controlling
  • Drive the business strategy execution and support profitable growth by leveraging fact-based decision-making
  • Ensure financial steering of the global Consumer result in close collaboration with the department head and senior management of the Business Unit
  • Act as Senior Business Partner to the Management Team of the Consumer Business Unit
  • Ensure that all managerial based financial analysis, planning and reporting as well as processes and procedures are aligned and efficient
  • This includes relevant reporting and KPI monitoring, forecasting, simulations, and business cases
  • Contribute to strategy development and reviews as well as organizational development, ensure consistent targets, monitor and advice on strategy execution
  • Scrutinise current processes, structures and future strategies on the basis of relevant analyses and findings
  • Lead and contribute to projects
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management strategies and processes
  • Ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines and legislation

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Master’s degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
  • Proven experience (>8 years) in a senior financial management role in a multinational matrix organization, with a focus on consumer business controlling
  • Extensive experience in a consumer and/or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Track-record in conception and implementation of controlling tools
  • Proficiency in ERP systems & very good know-how of MS Office
  • Self-driven, pro-active, and assertive team player
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholder involvement and the ability to communicate in a manner appropriate to the respective target audience
  • Fluent in English written and spoken on a contractual level
