Join the PMO of tesa’s Consumer division and drive cross-functional projects around product innovations, product launches and other high-impact business initiatives according to the highest standards. You deliver on-time in-full? Come and join us

  • Manage product development projects within MU Consumer's innovation portfolio to accelerate PNS (Product and New Services) growth, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Select appropriate methods and tools to optimize project management processes and outcomes.
  • Train and coach project managers and teams to enhance their project management skills and capabilities.
  •  Enforce project management principles within the team throughout the entire project lifecycle to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Act as a sparring partner for colleagues in project owner or leadership roles, providing support, guidance, and expertise as needed.
     

 

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • University degree in Business Administration (Economics or Business Law), Engineering, Natural Sciences with an Economics supplement, or a comparable relevant degree/international education.
  • Proficient knowledge of state-of-the-art portfolio, project, and process management methodologies.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in project leadership, management, or similar roles.
  • Third-party certifications are preferred.
  • Profound understanding of end-to-end marketing processes, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in marketing, product development, or similar fields.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams in an agile and innovative environment, demonstrating quick reaction and abstraction capabilities.
  • Full proficiency in English (spoken and written), with German language proficiency considered a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office 365 standard applications.
