Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Collaboration in ensuring the provision of expert advice to tesa Purchasing with a focus on the negotiation of supplier contracts as well as the development and subsequent implementation of solutions and legal proposals
  •  Drafting of contracts, in particular advice on questions of contractual risks and their limitation / finding, shaping and enforcing tesa's own legal position as well as taking into account and adhering to the specified compliance policies & procedures
  • Creation, adaptation and implementation of contract templates for purchasing, in particular their introduction into the global Contract Lifecycle Management System, IT affinity desired
  •  Interface management in the direction of internal specialist functions / external consultants
  • The job holder in his role as legal advisor assumes a rather broad responsibility and in particular ensures timely and comprehensible, results-oriented advice

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Fully qualified lawyer with a focus on contract law in the area of purchasing
  •  Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a corporate legal department
  • Additional commercial training desirable
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills
  •  Very good understanding of economic issues and interrelationships
  • High sense of responsibility, perseverance and strong implementation skills
  • A pronounced "hands on" mentality, coupled with the will to provide independent, proactive advice
  • Independent, highly efficient and customer-oriented way of working
