What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Packaging Technology, Business Engineering with a focus on packaging, Process Engineering, Plastics, or Production Technology/Management.
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in packaging development, bringing innovative solutions to life.
  • Sustainability Enthusiast: Knowledge in sustainable packaging is a plus, helping us lead the way in eco-friendly solutions.
  • Can-Do Attitude: Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset that drives results.
  • Analytical Thinker: Structured, analytical, and efficient approach to problem-solving.
  • Project Management Ace: Excellent skills in staying focused, prioritizing tasks, and keeping projects on track.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working in a collaborative, international matrix organization, thriving in an interface role.
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and a good understanding of SAP is an advantage.
