Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

In our technology laboratory, we develop solvent-free adhesives for technical adhesives tapes. The position to be filled is intended to help us expand our leading position in the field of sustainable materials and processes.

  • Development and continuous improvement of acrylic based novel pressure sensitive adhesives including drafting of experimental plans, preparation, and evaluation of product samples
  • Support of technology and product development projects
  • Process development and scale-up from laboratory to commercial scale including planning, supporting, evaluating, and documenting of technical and production scale trials
  • Identification, testing, and evaluation of new materials in addition to independent coordination of supplier contacts
  • Presentation of results at internal and external seminars and meetings
  • Support securing research and development results by IP

Das ist Ihr Profil

 

  • Diploma in engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or chemistry preferably with focus on polymer or organic chemistry
  • Knowhow in the photopolymerization of acrylics is favorable
  • Several years of professional experience favorable
  • Experience using statistical design of experiments desirable
  • Dedicated and routine handling of preparative laboratory work
  • Self-sufficient, team-oriented, and analytical working style
  • Experience in project and data management advantageous
  • Excellent language skills in English, routine use of typical office applications (MS 365 etc.)
