Are you looking for an internship in internal communication within a multinational environment?

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Human Resources team at our Solbiate con Cagno (CO) office.

As an intern, you will play an active role in the design and development of an annual HR communication plan aimed at promoting corporate culture, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting internal initiatives. You will be part of an international and dynamic environment focused on collaboration and continuous learning.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze internal communication needs and define HR communication objectives;
  • Develop and implement an editorial plan for internal channels;
  • Create content for newsletters and other internal digital tools;
  • Support communication activities related to HR projects (training, onboarding, company events);
  • Provide support with HR tasks, including those related to the onboarding and offboarding processes;

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Degree (or current studies) in Communication, Public Relations or related fields;
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Creativity and a strong sense of tone and corporate identity;
  • Good knowledge of digital tools and social media platforms;
  • Fluency in Italian is essential;
  • Good command of the English language.
