Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey in the Global Operations Department? We are looking for an innovative and dedicated working student to join our Global Operations Leadership Team. Your role will be to:
- Assist in the development and tracking of global OKRs
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure Global Operations project alignment with global strategies.
- Monitor program & project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports on project status.
- Support the management of project resources and budget allocations.
- Organize and maintain project documentation for easy access and reference.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
Das ist Ihr Profil
- Enrolled Master Student in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
