Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Proactive driving of topics and development of customer-specific products, material, process or technology modules within the framework of feasibility studies and/or projects - if necessary in intensive cooperation with suppliers
  • Management of complex product development projects in close cooperation with customers
  • Self-initiated participation in the strategic further development of the product range
  • Development, documentation and implementation of the associated know-how
  • Creation of proposals for TVs & PVs as well as monitoring and evaluation of the results incl. support with transfer to production
  • Creation of reports and presentations for internal and external use
  • Knowledge transfer into invention disclosures FTO analyses: conducting and evaluating searches
  • Support of the patent field expert team
  • Use of tools for statistical test planning as well as test planning, data analysis and data optimization (DoE)
  • Involvement in customer meetings with key accounts (e.g. important OEMs) Customer meetings and consultations

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • University diploma or master's degree in natural sciences or engineering and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience or Doctorate and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Cross-functional technical knowledge and company-specific experience in regard to materials, formulations, processes, technologies, products and their application and realisation possibilities
  • In-depth experience in dealing with patents/utility models and FTO analyses (reading, understanding and evaluating patent applications)
  • Experience in managing complex projects and dealing with different stakeholders - including conflict management across different hierarchical levels
  • Experience in common analysis methods
  • Presentation skills (also in an international context)
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus​​​
