Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all AR transactions in close collaboration with Customer Service.
- Monitoring and analysis the accounts receivable performance metrics, identification and implementation of process improvements and best practices
- Leading and managing a team of ca. 10 accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Managing the daily operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments, and reconciliations.
- Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable in a timely manner.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensuring of compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and tax (VAT) laws.
- Assistance with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Das ist Ihr Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and Accounts Payable Workflows
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
