Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Do you want to help shape tesa's global learning and development program as an intern? Then become part of our Learning & Development team:
  • You will work on the conception, planning and implementation of various global projects
  • You will take on your own smaller projects in personnel development and related areas
  • You will be actively involved in day-to-day business in a national and international environment (including preparation and follow-up, as well as support for training courses and workshops, virtually and in person, quality management)
  • You research and identify external training providers for new training programs 
  • You support administrative training management via our learning management system and manage learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning
  • You research and report on new trends and developments in the area of Learning & Development

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • You are studying humanities, social sciences, economics or (business) psychology
  • You are particularly interested in the topics of further education, training development, adult education, personnel development, and learning technology.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in employee development or adult education and/or are already familiar with the landscape of digital learning opportunities (e-learning, blended learning, learning management systems); this is not mandatory, but an advantage.
  • You feel comfortable in an international environment
  • You speak intermediate to fluent English
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You are interested in upcoming topics & work trends like AI
  • You are committed, creative and self-motivated, a real team player, like to get actively involved and are characterized by a structured way of working
  • Ideally, you already have a Bachelor's degree or have completed vocational training and are currently studying or preparing for a Master's degree
  • You are available for a period of 6 months
