Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Assignments: delegated Operator’s Duties CRU (“Betreiberpflichten BImSchG”) complying with Occ. Health & Safety Act of all CRU equipment, BImSchG process manager.
  • Ensure compliance with regards to safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Responsibility for the efficient organization and control of all operational processes, complete infrastructure and procedures, while ensuring productivity and quality of production trials as well as production.
  • Enable development, implementation and production of new technologies, products and processes with focus on clean room, precision coating and polymerization technology in alignment with the related BUs and TD entities.
  • Overarching technical competence to ensure
  • Responsibility to provide consultation or initiate invention disclosures and motivate team members to do so
  • Support or lead FTO analysis from a technological perspective.
  • Ensure and monitor state of the art of equipment in CRU incl. maintenance, upkeep and repairs to ensure proper function and meet operation requirements. 
  • Manage all interfaces HQ (esp. BUE, BUA), SHEQ, GO (esp. tPHH) 
  • Manage Process Engineer team and team lead CRU incl. hiring, training and technical qualification, performance management, and development of organization and for future career steps.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and KPI tracking of all shopfloor processes incl. digitalization and support the according change management / transformation initiatives
  • Align and plan resource demand and budget with Head of PC&NP & tPHH controlling.

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Education/ work experience: Master degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 10 years of comparable relevant professional occupation incl. people lead
  • Language skills: English fluent and German native
  • Broad knowledge of lean production processes, total productive maintenance, material flow and safety, environment and quality rules and regulations
  • Assertive personality combining proven hands-on mentality with excellent technical comprehension
  • Ability to:
    • Identify, assess and solve problems, as well as implementing optimization
    • Manage complex projects and deal with stakeholders across different hierarchy levels.
    • Organize and prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and clients.
    • Understand and respect (individual or also cultural) differences, foster open communication, promote inclusivity, and build trust and relationships among team members, clients and stakeholders.
    • Lead and manage a team, provide guidance and feedback.
