Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in ensuring all our product packaging materials, concepts and processes comply with international regulations and standards.
  • Development of strategies and guidelines for compliance with packaging regulations and their implementation in the form of a global project roadmap
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including our MUC & Industry Packaging Development Teams, Corporate Sustainability, Product R&D, Quality Assurance, Legal, Production Sites, and Procurement Teams, to drive compliance excellence.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes specific to consumer products and proactively communicate their impact to all relevant stakeholders and provide trainings.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive compliance documentation to regulatory bodies, customers, consumers as well as internal stakeholders.

Das ist Ihr Profil

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Environmental or Material Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in packaging compliance or a related role, with a focus on consumer products and a passion for sustainability.
  • In-depth knowledge of international packaging regulations and standards with a focus on the packaging and packaging waste regulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex compliance challenges with the aim of identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
