Laboratory Manager BU Printing and Packaging Solutions (m/f/x)

Responsibility for the implementation of product assortment strategies that meet customer demands
Development of product assortment-strategies together with marketing and sales
Planning and coordination of the product development and support activities according to the tesa design standards
Arranging and supporting the process implementation until the product is ready for production and market launch
Contribute to on-time development, according to the requirement profile and within the planned costs
Conduct customer visits to validate development results
Core team member, project manager or project owner for development activities and are responsible for the documentation and interpretation of development results
Manage the team of product developers and lab technicians
Assure protection of own IP and freedom to operate for new developments
Track relevant literature, patents, etc. and participate at seminars and conferences
Connect with raw material suppliers, research institutes and external development partners

Master of Science or Ph.D. in Chemistry , Material Science or comparable qualification with 3-5 years of experience in the industry
Experience in product development especially for adhesives or adhesive tapes desirable
Excellent communication skills and able to work in and lead multi-disciplinary teams
