Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
As a Process Manager – LIMS (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and continuous improvement of our Laboratory Information Management System. Positioned at the intersection of laboratory operations, IT, and business processes, you will drive efficiency, standardization, and process excellence across our Research and Development organization. This role is ideal for a structured, analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digital transformation in laboratory environments.
Your tasks include:
Ensure process continuity, stability, and efficiency of the LIMS.
Drive continuous process improvement, maintenance, and organizational support, including training and solution development, to enhance LIMS adoption and effectiveness.
Act as the primary interface between key users, lab managers, Digital IT, and LabVantage, ensuring clear requirement definition and on-time, in-scope, and on-budget implementation.
Deliver measurable outcomes through LIMS process excellence and organizational utilization.
Das ist Ihr Profil
Master’s degree in a science or engineering discipline with at least 2 years of professional experience and a minimum of 2 years in a laboratory environment
In-depth knowledge of LIMS (LabVantage) and laboratory processes/workflows.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex data, information, and processes.
High perceptual capacity to quickly absorb, structure, and interpret complex information.
Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause identification.
Strong project management skills with experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Skilled in developing and moderating cross-functional workshops.
“Digital native” mindset, embodying focus, discipline, responsibility, and commitment to high performance.
Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with international and cross-cultural teams.
Fluent English skills (verbal and written) are required; German skills are an advantage.
