Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the global strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our repairs product portfolio within the Industrial Trade and Converting business unit. You will lead the positioning, pricing, and market introduction of new products while ensuring the ongoing success of existing ones. Working closely with international sales teams, R&D, and marketing, you will identify new market opportunities, strengthen our competitive positioning, and contribute directly to the profitable growth of the segment.
Develop, coordinate, and implement international marketing strategies for new and existing products or product groups.
Define positioning and pricing strategies for the portfolio and lead the development, planning, and monitoring of the business plan for your product/market segment.
Manage the full lifecycle of new product development — from idea identification and concept creation to market launch and post-launch marketing activities.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new applications and market segments for existing or new products.
Develop international communication concepts and materials in alignment with global brand and marketing guidelines.
Monitor performance (sales, profitability, market development) and implement corrective measures when needed.
Das ist Ihr Profil
Successfully completed a degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including product management in a B2B environment.
Ideally, experience working in an international context.
Strong MS Office proficiency and experience in project management.
High self-motivation, assertiveness, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a structured, process-oriented way of working.
Strategic and conceptual thinker with an international mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
