Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Act as the global corporate lead for Product Quality, ensuring alignment of quality performance and processes with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Create transparency across all regions and plants regarding Product Quality performance and Cost of Non-Quality, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a corporate Quality Dashboard, consolidating plant, regional, and HQ quality KPIs and targets for global visibility.
  • Standardize and align reporting processes for Product Quality across all entities to meet senior management’s information needs.
  • Support and enhance problem-solving processes, ensuring consistent application of effective methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Define, align, and continuously improve Quality escalation procedures to ensure timely action and resolution of critical issues.
  • Strengthen and coordinate support functions (e.g., Corporate Quality Engineering) to enhance problem-solving efficiency and process improvement.
  • Proactively monitor, report, and drive improvement in overall corporate Quality performance through close collaboration with plants, regions, and HQ departments.


Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international standards (IATF, ISO).
  • Solid understanding of Performance Management and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Strong expertise in problem-solving methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Technical or scientific degree with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Management
  • Strong, confident, and persuasive personality with a collaborative, consensus-driven approach.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and independent, with a strong focus on achieving goals and driving improvement.
  • Proven ability to maintain an overview of complex situations and make sound decisions at all levels.
  • Excellent command of English and German, with experience in international communication and project management.
