Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Coordination of international sourcing decisions according to the tesa supply strategy

  • Feasibility request: The job holder defines the tasks and teams for sourcing decisions, evaluates the sourcing option in cooperation with all functions involved and gives a recommendation for the sourcing decision by the head of EPT.
  • The job holder provides data and analysis regarding the technology in global tesa production sites and product assortments.
  • PROMT-project process: the job holder selects the production sites according to the tesa supply strategy and coordinates the project approval for tesa GO    

International production technology projects as team member or project leader

  • The job holder defines and alignes targets to develop and implement technologies within the tesa GO EPT network
  • The job holder works in international projects to implement new machines, technologies, processes and products as project member or project leader
  • The job holder develops and provides expertise in defined technologies
  • The job holder performes studies, e.g. to evaluate business cases, technologies, define standards, develop production concept or tools to use within Production Technology Departemts.
  • The job holder performs presentations and trainings within the tSN sites and tesa organization, e.g. regarding tools, standards, results of studies

Interfaces

  • The job holder is working in a matrix organisation and will work together with R&D and Technology Center, the BU’s, controlling, tSN HQ, tSN plants and other functions.

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Master degree in a technical faculty, e.g. chemical engineering, industrial enginieering or similar
  • Deep knowledge and experience >3a in tape production technologies and tesa organization
  • Project management skills, experience in technical and product development projects
  • Strong conceptional working style and ability to implement concepts in different environments
  • Very good data analysis skills and analytical thinking
  • Job experience in an international environment of advantage
  • Strategic thinking
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel
