Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • HR master data management: Independently support of global HR data maintenance in Employee Central for Local HR Admins – world-wide. This includes specific maintenance of the system from a global reporting perspective as well as the continuous development of the system according to emerging business needs. 
  • Global Key-User: You will be the in charge of developing and supporting a global key user community for Employee Central and support the community with documentation and trainings. 
  • Data Governance: Development and updating of a quality-monitoring logic. Authorization management for the relevant target groups. 
  • Development: Support and drive further development steps of COMPASS and our overall digital HR landscape 

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Passionate for data and its linkage to business processes and enthusiastic about people 
  • Self-confident in communications on all levels, able to express information appropriate for target audiences 
  • Fluent English and German communication skills (spoken and written), further languages are welcome 
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Very good team player with intercultural competence  
  • University degree in business science or comparable degree 
  • Very good handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel (for example Pivot) and PowerPoint;  
  • BI experience is of advantage
