    Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Ensuring compliance with consumer product safety regulations in all relevant markets, thus preventing penalties, fines, or delisting due to compliance reasons.
 - Gate keeper to ensure projects and products compliance from early stage to product launch
 - Supports consumer product development from idea to launch in all regulatory aspects
 - Conducts product risk assessments regarding quality, customers safety & legal obligation
 - Keeps up with evolving product & markets obligation regarding quality, safety & environmental aspect
 - Involves CRA into process to ensure compliant specification released to supplier
 - Engages with regulatory authorities, agencies, and industry associations
 - Manages product recalls and corrective actions
 
Das ist Ihr Profil
Legal Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of EU environmental law, consumer protection law, and product safety regulations
 - Ability to monitor legal developments, assess risks, and provide sound legal advice
 - Experience in working with authorities and market surveillance agencies, including deadline management and communication
 
Product and Packaging Competence
- Understanding of product compliance, quality management, audit preparation, and lifecycle management
 - Experience in managing products throughout their entire lifecycle
 
Digital and Data-Driven Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Product Passport (DPP), Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), certifications, and sustainability data
 - Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems, preferably with a focus on regulatory requirements
 
Communication and Interface Management
- Ability to coordinate between departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Legal
 - Experience in preparing approval dossiers and authorization applications
 - Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities
 - Participation in international working groups and industry associations
