Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute the yearly communication plan based on the marketing strategy and ABP sales input
  • Translate the brand strategy into a creative idea by designing a communication platform for overall brand and category communication. Define strategic communication framework incl. messaging that unifies all brand activities un-der one clear and compelling narrative
  • Develop category-specific communication concepts rooted in the brand strategy designing creative platforms for each category, including unified messaging frameworks, tailored communication plans and playbooks (look & feel, hero products, etc.)
  • Developing and managing integrated campaigns as well as creating assets (visuals, digital and social media content, and campaign toolkits) to ensure consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product/categories and distribution channels (sales) ensuring that campaign development, social media management and asset creation are fully aligned with category strategies and sales requirements
  • Prepare creative briefs and manage the creative process with internal teams and external agencies, strong collaboration with media planning and social media

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field​
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing communications ideally in international, trade or FMCG environments​
  • Proven track record in building and managing strong consumer brands. Expertise in developing and executing communication plans and digital campaigns incl. Social Media (360° campaign experiences is a plus)​
  • Strong experience in concept creation, messaging hierarchies, category playbooks, and content​
  • High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail​
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously​
  • Experience in briefing and managing creative agencies​
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellentwritten and spoken English & German
