Your Tasks

  • Development of new self-adhesive product solutions (focus: masking applications)
  • Evaluation of prototypes with respect to mechanical properties and performance in application tests
  • Transfer and scale-up of product developments towards serial production
  • Interface between marketing, production and development
  • Identification and qualification of new suppliers
  • Initialization and management of product development projects
  • Technical maintenance of existing product portfolio

Your Profile

  • Master degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields
  • Experience in product development beneficial
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Systematic working style
  • Good team player in cross functional teams
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Good computing competence (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
