Your Tasks

  • Preparation of various formulations of thermally conductive pressure sensitive adhesives
  • Testing of different fillers and filler mixtures to increase thermal conductivity
  • Coating of the formulations and preparation of tapes
  • Technical evaluation of the developed tapes (including aging stability) using various test methods
  • Development of new test methods for thorough characterization of samples

Your Profile

  • Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer science, or similar studies (certificate of matriculation required)
  • Ideally experienced with thermally conductive materials
  • Good English level
  • Work independently, demonstrate a sense of creativity and proven communication skills
