Your Tasks

  • Establishing a strategic roadmap for implementing digitalization tools in the tesa production network to ensure their successful roll-out
  • Execute projects in the area of manufacturing: on time, in budget, in scope and risks are mitigated
  • Perform on-site assessments to identify potentials for process improvements
  • Initiate Industry 4.0 projects in tesa plants with the goal to benefit from digitalization potentials
  • Provide detailed and concise communication across all cross functional areas and manage key stakeholders to bring projects to successful completion

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar
  • High Leadership & Project Management skills
  • At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing and experience in cross functional teams
  • Prior experience with Operations and Industry 4.0 projects (MES, AGVs)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Fluent in English
