Your Tasks

  • Management of the legally compliant operation of the tesa SE headquarters, consisting of HQ, R&D and technology center
  • Implementation of official building permit procedures, e.g. building law inquiries, permits, authorities
  • Development and implementation of new working environments/concepts in the headquarters and subsidiaries
  • Support of international real estate projects
  • Establishment of a corporate real estate management system to control international properties in order to identify and realize economic potential
  • Leading a team of 9 employees

Your Profile

  • Degree in Architecture or similar and at least 10 years of professional experience in similar employment
  • Extensive knowledge from the fields of real estate management, including international issues
  • Professional skills in management of external service providers
  • Knowledge of business administration and experience in planning and controlling budgets required
  • User knowledge in MS Office, SAP (user knowledge in CAD and CAFM desirable)
  • Customer-oriented, structured, cooperative and goal-oriented strong personality
  • Experience in committee work, including Works Council
  • Experience in leadership of employees
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English
