Your Tasks

  • Development of self-adhesive tapes for the packaging and repairing sector
  • Preparation and testing of lab samples and prototypes
  • Execution and management of development projects and feasibilities
  • Transfer and scale-up of product developments towards serial production
  • Interface between marketing, central R&D and production
  • Identification and qualification of new suppliers
  • Technical maintenance of existing products
  • Patent research and support of patent expert groups

Your Profile

  • Master or PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering or material science
  • Professional experience in product development is preferred
  • Systematic working style
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
  • Assertiveness, Creativity, Proactivity
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
