Your Tasks

We’re looking for a committed controller to support the general expenses cost center in tesa’s HQ

  • Monthly data preparation and provision of a report for all central areas
  • Independent support of units in the controlling environment
    • Provision of information to budget holders about ongoing budget compliance
    • Joint coordination of FC and plan values
    • Management of target initiatives for FC or plan
    • Monitoring of budget deviations, proposal of countermeasures
  • Support and implementation of internal cost allocation
    • Preparation of a cost-generating cost allocation from centralized functions
    • Implementation of cost allocation
  • Business partner for selected central cost centers
    • Management relief through structured data processing/analysis, input into decision processes and coordination of planning processes
    • Supplementing management with methodological skills, fiscal expertise and identification of potential improvements, as well as supervision of the implementation of measures
    • Determining the company’s strategic objectives
  • Project controlling
    • Financial evaluation of investment projects 
    • Appropriate supervision of ongoing projects and securing of financial target parameters
    • Implementation of project reviews
  • Consolidation and evaluation of the entire central budget area
  • Active participation in the further development of controlling processes as well as regular assumption of project work to improve its efficiency

Your Profile

  • University degree in economics or comparable education
  • At least two years’ experience in finance and controlling functions
  • Extensive experience in handling data structures
  • Convincing stakeholder management
  • Strong team orientation
  • Assertiveness, creative drive and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good written and spoken Business English
