Your Tasks

In our digital team, your task is to increase traffic on various newly developed tesa online sales channels – with a primary focus on marketplaces- in a holistic and performance-oriented manner. You will work in close cooperation with the responsible teams to pursue and achieve online sales targets. 

  • Generate traffic on the various customer journeys (B2B / B2C) in the relevant performance marketing channels (focus initially on various European B2C and B2B marketplaces)
  • Optimization of the marketing mix across all traffic channels (including SEO and content marketing)
  • Lead the definition and creation of an online marketing team eCommerce (internal / external)
  • Budget control and further development of performance marketing KPI Controlling
  • Experience with market-place campaigns on various platforms (including but not limited to AMS)
  • Hypothesis-based approach to working, applying “Test & Learn” methodology for fact based decision making 
  • Manage and steer a network of external agencies
  • Embody and spread of the customer-centered Approach
  • Subject matter expert, able to consult stakeholders and other Departments
  • Manage projects from concept, through planning and development until implementation and handover to line business

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree
  • Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the development of digital solutions as a product owner, concept or strategist
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, specialization in marketplace onsite marketing
  • Experience in media budget and agency management
  • High affinity to IT and technology
  • Strong strategic vision and thinking, as well as daily operational management
  • Agile mindset, hands-on mentality and high customer orientation combined with curiosity and creativity
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams
  • Extensive agency network
  • English & German business fluent, other languages a plus
