Your Tasks

In our digital team, your job is to establish and position our brand with a focus on direct sales our products in various European marketplace platforms. In close cooperation with our marketing and sales team you will focus on achieving sales targets.

  • Assessment and prioritization of potential marketplace and eProcurement platforms
  • Definition of the relevant marketing and sales strategy, including the creation, implementation and steering of campaigns
  • Integration of relevant marketplaces into our holistic Multi-Channel Marketing and Sales strategy (including currently ongoing online activities and existing distribution partners)
  • Management of listings, content and campaigns via the relevant channel management tools (e.g. channel advisor)
  • Continuous optimization of product assortment and development of a dynamic price strategy
  • Budget control and further development of KPI controlling via analytic tools
  • Manage the development and enhancement of channel management tools and ecommerce ERP
  • Development and expansion of the marketplace team
  • Develop and manage network of suppliers/agencies
  • Hypothesis-based approach to working, applying “Test & Learn” methodology for fact based decision making
  • Subject matter expert, able to consult stakeholders and other departments
  • Manage projects from concept, through planning and development until implementation and handover to line business

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree
  • Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the development and operational management of the marketplace appearances (experience with agencies and / or manufacturing a plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketplace success factors (experience with multiple national and international marketplaces preferred)
  • Knowledge with of marketplace campaigns (e.g. AMS) and experience in media budget and agency management is preferred
  • Experience with the common marketplace analytic tools
  • Hands-on approach to working, ability to seamlessly switch between strategic and operational thinking with an agile mindset
  • Excellent moderation, communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams
  • English & German business fluent, other languages ​​a plus
