Your Tasks

  • Definition and controlling of product portfolio strategy as well as the profitable implementation through the development of new products
  • Development and implementation of international marketing- and distribution strategies as well as the positioning and pricing of the product portfolio
  • Interface between tesa SE and international affiliates
  • Conducting of market and competitor surveys to develop new applications and to exploit new market segments
  • Planning and implementation of product trainings and customer events in particular with using digital technologies
  • Definition and controlling of objectives KPI’s
  • Leadership and coaching of a global product management team

Your Profile

  • Minimum 8 yrs. experience in the B2B market, also on an international scope
  • Minimum 3 yrs. of international experience
  • Conceptual, strategic, analytical skills as well as an international mindset
  • Thinking and acting entrepreneurial
  • Highly ambitious, high communication skills and a cooperative way of working
  • Willingness to travel: max. 4 weeks a year, min 1 week duration
  • Fluent German- and Englishskills
