Your Tasks

  • Development of adhesive tape mounting solutions for consumer electronics (e.g. smart phones) for global OEMs
  • Participation in as well as management of product development, raw material and relocation projects
  • Development and continuous optimization of products including the creation of test plans as well as the production and testing of product samples in the laboratory
  • Process development and scale-up from laboratory to commercial scale including planning, monitoring, evaluation and documentation of technical and production tests
  • Development of application-technical test procedures as well as independent planning, execution, evaluation and documentation of application-technical tests for customers
  • Presentation of results in the context of seminars and meetings
  • Development and implementation of internal and external training courses
  • Close cooperation with related functions from the production plants, marketing, research & development and international interfaces

Your Profile

  • Diploma in engineering, Master of engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to grasp things quickly, initiative and creativity
  • Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
  • High communicative competence and ability to work in a team, also in international teams
