Your Tasks

The overriding objectives are to increase brand awareness, relevance and consumer acceptance in our target groups with a clear focus on the bath accessories and Sugru brand group in order to aggressively expand our marketshares.

  • Planning and implementation of innovative marketing & promotional concepts for the on & offline channels in close cooperation with the international Product Management, Shopper&Customer Marketing, Campaign Management and Sales teams
  • Identifying growth areas, deriving sustainable product mix strategies and managing the entire marketing mix with a focus on the target group
  • Responsibility for new product launches and other product mix projects with trade in cooperation with Shopper&Customer Marketing and Sales.
  • Cooperation in interdisciplinary growth projects for the further development of the product range
  • Continuous comparison of KPIs as well as the targeted analysis and preparation of market and competition data for online and offline, including independent derivation of recommendations for action
  • Responsibility for efficient and effective budget allocation across all touchpoints
  • Managing external agencies and service providers

Your Profile

  • Very good university degree in economics with a focus on marketing
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing or product management (FMCG) or a similar role
  • Project management experience
  • Reasoning power and assertiveness
  • Strategic foresight
  • The ability to transfer emotions to people, regardless of the channel
  • Very good analytical skills - you are very familiar with market analyses with e.g. GfK figures
  • High level of personal initiative and responsibility
  • Very structured way of working, solution-oriented mindset and courage to break the mould
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Fluent written and spoken English & German
