Your Tasks

  • Ensure appropriate capabilities, competencies and capacities for Customer Support in DACH
  • Leading and developing a team of up to 10 Customer Service Professionals
  • Supervision and analysis of Customer Service activities
  • Support roll-out of standardized/harmonized processes
  • Enable process improvements e.g. implement digitized tools in Customer Service
  • Bring year on year efficiency gains in Customer Support activities
  • Assure fulfillment of SLA’s and KPI’s in regards of costs, quality and time
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by ensuring customer requirements are met with proactive customer management
  • Regular exchange with all stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Support, Supply Chain domain
  • Leadership/Coaching experience preferred
  • Proven experience in leading change processes
  • Ability to manage the deliverables and improve KPI performance
  • strong communication skills
