What you will do

  • Du führst eigenständiges Kundenauftragsmanagement in SAP vom Auftrag bis zur Rechnung durch
  • Du erstellst Angebote, sowie Gut- und Lastschriften im SAP-System und wickelst diese ab
  • Du bist zuständig für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen hinsichtlich Produkten, Preisen und Lieferkonditionen
  • Du arbeitest mit de Außendienst-Team zusammen und unterstützt dieses administrativ
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen Buchhaltung, Marketing und Logistik zusammen, bspw. zu den Themen Zahlungsverhalten, Verkaufsförderung und Lieferperformance
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Kundenstammdatenpflege, Datenbankpflege und Konditionspflege
  • Du erstellst und analysierst Reports und übernimmst die eigenständige Erstellung von Präsentationen

What you will need

  • Du befindest dich in deinem Studium im Bereich Handel, Marketing, Supply Chain, oder im Gap Year zwischen deinem Bachelor- und Masterstudium
  • Du sprichst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
  • Du hast gute SAP und MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Du hast eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Stressresistenz
