Transfer Pricing Manager (m/f/x)

What you will do

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Transfer Pricing Manager. This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will be the main expert and leader for all transfer pricing matters, both locally and globally.

Act as the first point of contact for all transfer pricing relevant inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Design, implement, and continuously review the global transfer pricing system, ensuring its alignment with business needs and compliance with international tax law (OECD, EU).
Develop and issue transfer pricing guidelines and checklists, and provide valuable inputs to the Internal Control System (ICS).
Ensure meticulous documentation of the global transfer pricing system, which includes benchmarking studies, local file templates, benefit tests, and other defense documentations. This will be done in collaboration with external advisors.
Serve as the Global Key User for transfer pricing, responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of the price setting process in SAP ERP and BI Systems.

What you will need

University degree in Business Administration, Tax, or a related field.
Relevant transfer pricing experience, preferably from Big 4 companies.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a high degree of initiative and creative problem-solving ability.
Process-oriented mindset with strong IT proficiency.
Forward-thinking and proactive approach, with the ability to effectively challenge and influence business partners.
Proven track record in project management, coordination, and participation in international teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to promote change effectively.
Proficient in English.
