  • You analyze and prepare data for procurement managers to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, improve data quality, and realize automation potentials
  • You develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports in close cooperation with Controlling and IT to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to procurement managers
  • You are the owner of procurement data and maintain the procurement know-how in the data catalog
  • You assist in the implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities
  • You develop a roadmap for the application of statistical and analytical methods to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for cost reduction across different categories, suppliers, and departments
  • You stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement analytics

What you will need

  • University degree in data analytics, procurement, business administration or economics
  • Proven experience as data analyst, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as excel, SQL, SAP AFO, SAC, Power BI, python is a plus
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and tools such as SAP MM, SAP Ariba and spend analytics software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets and data products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of personal initiative and responsibility
  • Structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
