What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior International Marketing Manager - Innovation to lead and drive our international marketing efforts with a focus on innovation and strategic growth. Join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth across borders.

Key Responsibiliies:

  • Play a key role in shaping the brand and business development of tesa Consumer
  • Discover and qualify future fields of innovation and application
  • Identify promising search fields based on trends, needs, and insights
  • Generate ideas that inspire users, marketing concepts that move them, and solutions that convince them, in close cooperation with the user
  • Define the optimal marketing mix (4Ps) and the best go-to-market, scaling and activation strategy together with the marketing, sales and marketing colleagues.
  • Ensure user desirability on an ongoing basis and pay attention to brand fit and feasibility
  • Take the lead for challenging innovation projects and manage international, interdisciplinary teams, contributors and stakeholders, agencies and partners

What you will need

  • Successfully completed university studies, focus on marketing or innovation / business development
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, product/brand or innovation management in the B2C / consumer sector, preferably FMCG
  • Solid experience and proven success in the area of New Product and Category Development, especially in the early innovation phases Discovery, Ideation and Qualification
  • Experience in project management and collaboration in multidisciplinary, international teams
  • Absolute user orientation, high enthusiasm for innovations, passion for trends, developments and brands, high willingness to experiment, pioneering spirit
  • entrepreneurial thinking & acting, persuasiveness, team player
  • excellent written and spoken English and German, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of agile working methods and collaboration tools as well as Google Analytics, GfK/Nielsen panels, trend and innovation databases an advantage
