What you will do

  • Entwickeln, initiieren und bereitstellen globaler Standards für Steuer- und Zoll-Compliance-Prozesse
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung des globalen Tax and Customs Compliance Management Systems (TCMS)
  • Treiber für Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Compliance-Prozesse
  • Beratung des Fachbereichs bei dem Design, der Entwicklung und der Umsetzung von IT-basierten Lösungen und Schnittstelle zu IT-basierten Unternehmensbereichen wie z.B. Data Analytics
  • Prozessberatung bei funktionsübergreifenden Projekten, internen Restrukturierungen und M&A-Projekten
  • Aktive Beobachtung externer steuerlicher Entwicklungen, Analyse ihrer Relevanz für tesa und Kommunikation dieser Entwicklungen an relevante Stakeholder

What you will need

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Steuerlehre o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Affinität für den Bereich IT & Prozesse
  • 3 - 5 Jahre nationale und internationale Steuererfahrung, einschließlich fundierter Kenntnisse in Tax Compliance Management Systemen (vorzugsweise Erfahrung aus Big 4 Unternehmen)
  • Steuerberaterexamen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, Koordination und Mitarbeit in internationalen (Projekt-)Teams
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
