What you will do
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeptionierung, Planung sowie Prüfung aller Umzüge, baulichen Maßnahmen und Projekte am Standort
- Du wirst bei der Entwicklung innovativer Flächennutzungs- und Bürokonzepte mitwirken
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Möbel- und Detailplanungen in Autocad
- Du kommunizierst eigenständig und stimmst dich mit Fachhändlern und Lieferanten ab
- Du bereitest Planungsvorschläge für Kunden auf und stimmst diese mit dem jeweiligen Projektteam intern wie extern ab
- Du unterstützt im Office-Bereich sowie im infrastrukturellen oder technischen Gebäudemanagement
What you will need
- Du befindest dich idealerweise noch mitten im Bachelor / Master Studiums Architektur o.ä. (idealerweise ab dem 4. Semester)
- Du hast gute CAD-Kenntnisse (AutoCAD)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket und mit anderen Präsentationstools (z.B. Adobe)
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Eigenmotivation und eine selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität, Engagement, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
