What you will do

  • Kaschieren, Stanzen und Schneiden unterschiedlicher Materialien
  • Einstellen und Überwachen von Prozessparametern
  • Eigenständiges Ein-/Abrüsten der Maschinen
  • Reinigen der Maschine und Beheben kleinerer Störungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Optimierungen und Einfahrprozessen neuer Produkte
  • Systembedienung (Datenerfassung per PC)
  • Kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle
  • Führen von Qualitätsaufzeichnungen und der Fertigungsdokumentation
  • Umgang mit Messmitteln

What you will need

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarem Einsatzbereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift sowie gute Rechenkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige u. sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
