What you will do

  • Reporting: Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer neuen BI-HR-Berichtslandschaft
  • KPI-Qualität: Sicherstellen, dass die KPIs, über die wir berichten, präzise sind und eine hohe Datenqualität aufweisen
  • Stakeholder-Management: Selbstständige Kommunikation und Betreuung von Stakeholdern
  • Berichtswesen: Unterstützung beim globalen Reporting und bei Ad-hoc-Reporting-Anfragen

What you will need

  • Deine Leidenschaft: Menschen, Daten und wie beide Hand in Hand gehen
  • Dein Mindset: Analytisches Denken mit Problemlösungskompetenz und Blick für Struktur und Details
  • Deine Auftreten: Selbstbewusst mit der Fähigkeit, Informationen in Englisch und Deutsch zielgruppengerecht zu formulieren, interkulturelle Kompetenz und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
  • Dein Studium: fortgeschritten und mit Bezug zu Daten, z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Analytics, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften etc.
  • Und sonst? Sehr guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, fließende Englischkenntnisse, bereits vorhandene Power BI und HR-Erfahrung sind von Vorteil
