What you will do

  • Projektunterstützung im Rollout Operational Excellences Programmen unter anderem durch Erarbeitung von Standardtemplates, Rolloutunterstützung in den Produktionsbereichen, WorkshopSupport, Erarbeitung von Datenanalysen, Erstellung von Excelauswertungen & PowerpointPräsentationen
  • Aufbereitung und Kommunikation von monatlichen Reportings.
  • Mediale Kommunikation für den Bereich Produktion

What you will need

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik/-management, Verfahrenstechnik oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich (vorzugsweise Masterstudium)
  • Ordentlich immatrikuliert während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrung durch  Praktika/ Werkstudententätigkeiten, idealerweise im Umfeld des Lean Managements
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lean Management Tools (Kaizen, KVP, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S etc. ) und in der Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und -optimierungen sind ein Plus.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und methodische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
