What you will do

  • Leadership of 10 team members
  • Overseeing project planning, execution and delivery
  • Ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards
  • Defining strategy and roadmap together with the Head of CoE
  • Ensure profitability, performance and achievement of business targets and corresponding value
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables 

What you will need

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in manufacturing, IT/OT in production and supply chain
  • Experience in complex business environments with several stakeholders and virtual teams, capable of building cross-functional relationships and teams
  • Good cross-functional business (process) knowledge, understanding of digital and business capabilities in different business areas
  • Consulting skills with strong focus on value creation
  • Ideally first leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels
  • Strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) - bonus is the ability to speak & and converse in German
