What you will do
- Manufacturing of product prototypes with new raw materials, manufacturing technologies, and product designs as well as their testing and evaluation.
- Polymerization and blending of adhesives as well as their coating, lamination, and finishing.
- Independent planning, execution, and evaluation of laboratory and pilot plant experiments.
- Installation and maintenance of new analytical equipment and assistance in the development of new methods.
- Support in coordinating supplier contacts and development partnerships with external partners in an international environment.
- Independent documentation and presentation of work results in the respective project teams.
What you will need
- Successfully completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or chemical technical assistant (m/f/d).
- First professional experience in the field of polymerization technology, adhesive development, or organic synthesis is desirable.
- Interest and enthusiasm for varying challenges, project work, and creative problem-solving.
- Independent and responsible way of working as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Digital affinity and confident use of common systems such as MS Office 365, LIMS.
- Ability and willingness to work in a predominantly English-speaking environment. Knowledge of German is advantageous.
